Delivery information

Delivery for Pro-Burn discs is FREE of charge to all UK mainland addresses. We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 16.00 the day we receive them, by First Class Recorded Delivery. Usually you will receive your discs on the next working day. This is not a guaranteed service.

Terms and Conditions

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that your CD player is compatible with CDG and CD-R formats.

Pro-Burn discs are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty. This must be notified to us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.

Faulty goods must be returned to KLS Entertainment, Unit 12, Ladysmill Industrial Estate, Falkirk FK1 1RR at the customer's expense. It is recommended that returns are made by First Class Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost in the post.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Credit/debit cards will be charged before any disc is burned. If you prefer, payment can be made by cheque via post, or you can phone or fax credit/debit card details to us. See 'Contact Us'

VAT @ 17.5% is included in all prices.
